Adventure and recipe

So last week for date night, Mr. P and I did a quick scavenger hunt at Barnes and Noble. The object of the game  is to go to certain sections to answer a specific question about yourself and show it to your spouse. For example, one of the objects was to go to the travel section and show your spouse a picture of a place you've never been to but would like to go to someday. I picked Italy and P picked Oregon.
Then later on it said to go to the cooking section and pick out a recipe you would like your spouse to make for you. P found a recipe for S'mores bars and was immediately in love. The other night I attempted the recipe and the result was spectacular.

S'more Bars
1 pouch of sugar cookie mix
1 cup of graham cracker crumbs
1 cup butter, melted
3 cups milk chocolate chips
4 1/2 cups mini Marshmallows

Heat oven to 375 degrees. In a large bowl mix cookie mix and cracker crumbs. Add butter and stir until a soft dough forms. In an ungreased 13x9 inch pan, press dough out evenly. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until set.
Immediately sprinkle chips over crust. Let stand for 3-5 minutes or until the chocolate beings to melt. Spread chocolate evenly over crust. Set oven to broil. Sprinkle Marshmallows over melted chocolate. Broil with the top 4-5 inches from heat for 15-20 seconds or until toasted. Watch closely because the Marshmallows will brown very quickly. Cool for 10 minutes and cut into bars. Serve warm. Store in air tight container.
